All preorders ship within 30 days. Customers will be updated by email when books are dispatched.

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, downloads) are delivered instantly via email after purchase.

Printed locally in AU, US, UK & CA — FREE shipping included.

All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout and include tracking where available.

Australia: Standard delivery 6-11 business days. Express available at checkout.
Canada: 9–15 business days
United States: 7–13 business days.
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Europe: 10–20 business days.
New Zealand: 7–14 business days.
Rest of World: 14–28 business days (delivery times may vary by location).

Digital products are delivered immediately to the email address used at checkout.
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.

We work with trusted print and shipping partners, but occasional delays can occur due to postal service issues, customs, or peak demand periods.
